Each SonoVibration session is an immersion in a sound bath - a deep vibrational massage that harmonizes all dimensions of being.
These sessions were conceived by Stéphane Colle, in a state of openness to higher consciousness.

what is a session like?
After a guided meditation of opening, the session unfolds through a series of soundscapes, each resonating with a different layer of being. These spaces combine the sounds of instruments commonly used in sound therapy - handpan, singing bowls, chimes, crystal instruments, percussions, nature sounds, subtle frequencies - chosen in resonance with the energy of the person (or group) receiving the session.
I also include the harp and the music of plants, which bring a living depth and a unique sense of dialogue with the vegetal world.
Moments of silence invite integration of the received vibrations, and the session ends gently with a closing guided meditation.

Some people prefer to begin with the Global Soul Session, before perhaps continuing with Specific Sessions.
